Traditional Men's Shaving Soap

This is a traditional men's shaving soap that requires a dish to put the soap into and a shaving brush to work the soap into a foam.  It is about 7.5 cm (3") in diameter and about 3 cm (1.25") deep.  Minimum weight is 100g.

Ingredients: Tallow, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe) leaf juice, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, potassium hydroxide*, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed oil, sodium hydroxide*, Yucca glauca (yucca) root, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit oil, Pogostemom cablin (Patchouli) oil, Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom) oil, Juniperus mexicana (Cedarwood) oil

*None remains in the final product.

In English, this means that we turn triple-washed tallow, aloe leaf juice, soy wax, coconut oil and castor seed oil, into soap using potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.  Yucca root powder and the essential oils of bergamot, patchouli, cardamom, and cedarwood were also added.
