Kelp Sea Salt Bar

The Kelp Sea Salt Bar is very different from the other soap.  It contains a lot of sea salt that gently exfoliates and softens the skin.  This bar brings the sea salt bath experience into the shower and feels really luxurious!  This soap has the refreshing and invigorating  scent of peppermint.

Ingredients: sodium chloride (sea salt), sodium cocoate, aqua, sodium tallowate, sodium castorate, Mentha peperita (peppermint) oil, Fucus vesiculosus (Bladderwrack) extract

In English, this means that we turn kelp extract, coconut oil, triple-washed tallow, and castor oil into soap using sodium hydroxide and add peppermint oil, and a lot of sea salt.

None of our soaps contain artificial colour.

Pumpkins and Peanuts is proud to make soap that is not only natural, but also uses mostly local ingredients, which supports our farmers and our local economy.  Our farmers provide us with ingredients that make beautiful, long lasting, gentle soap with a low carbon footprint!  All of our other soaps are Made in Canada which means that less than 50% of the ingredients are imported.  This soap is very different from the others, and contains mostly imported ingredients.  For environmental reasons, all of our soaps are palm free.

To keep your soap lasting longer, do not let it sit in water.  It is best to use a soap dish that lets the soap drain well so that it dries between use.

A full size bar is approximately 130g, and the small one is about 60g.
