Refund policy

Pumpkins and Peanuts wants you to love your purchase. If for some reason you don’t, we have a worry-free Exchange and Return Policy.

To Exchange:
If you received your Shopping Cart Safety Strap and found it damaged, defective, or you wished you had ordered a different colour, simply mail it back to me un-used within 30 days in similar packaging so that it does not get damaged (or further damaged), and we will send you another.

To Return:
If you are unhappy with your decision to purchase, simply return your un-used safety strap within 30 days for a full refund.
