Coffee Soap

This is an exfoliating soap made with brewed coffee, coffee grounds and cinnamon.  Coffee is a natural deodorizer and cinnamon is naturally antibacterial.  We do not know if the antibacterial properties persist after the soap is made, but we do know that this soap works well as a kitchen hand soap.  Most would find it too rough for use in the shower.

Ingredients: sodium tallowate, Coffea arabica (coffee), sodium sunflowerate, sodium cocoate, sodium olivate, sodium castorate, sodium beeswaxate, Coffea arabica (coffee) seeds, Cinnamomum cassia (cinnamon) bark, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon) leaf oil

In English, this means that we turn local, triple - washed, organically raised tallow, sunflower oil, coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil and beeswax into soap using sodium hydroxide and coffee, and add coffee grounds, cinnamon, and cinnamon leaf essential oil

To keep your soap lasting longer, do not let it sit in water.  It is best to use a soap dish that lets the soap drain well so that it dries between use.
