Bulk soap is a batch of soap consisting of 8 bars.  The batch is made after you place your order and then left to cure for about 4 weeks.  When ready, they are packed in a bag and labelled.  They are not individually wrapped as the individual bars are.  A gift box is a nice alternative if you would like to give this as a gift.  You will be contacted when your soap is ready.

Though there are some variations, my soap usually contains local, ethically and organically raised tallow, local sunflower oil, coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, and local beeswax.  The liquid I usually use is water, though sometimes I use goat milk, beer, or tea.  I often add vegetable matter and clay to the soap.  These differences will be indicated.

Beer Soap:  I use local beer from Stray Dog Brewing Company.  Choose from:  Unscented, Spring Rain (Vetiver and lemongrass), Beer Before Breakfast (Patchouli and lemongrass), Citrus Spice (Bergamot, Cardamom, and Clove), Backcountry Breeze (Pine, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood), Hardworking Man (includes pumice, peppermint, cedarwood), Sexy Man (includes activated charcoal, Cedarwood, Frankincense)

Goat's Milk Soap:  Oatmeal and Honey (no coconut oil, no essential oils, very gentle, contains colloidal oatmeal and honey), Lavender Lace (gentle, lavender oil, and alkanet root extract), Rose (gentle, includes rose tea, and rose fragrance because rose essential oil is cost prohibitive), Pumice - see below.

Simply Gently Soap:  100% local ingredients, no coconut oil, no essential oils, very gentle, can be used from head to toe for babies.

Coffee Soap:  contains coffee, coffee grounds, cinnamon powder and oil.  Cleans dirty hands well.  A great kitchen soap.

Facial Soap:  contains real local carrots, turmeric extract, and activated charcoal.  Scented with turmeric, ginger, and clary sage essential oils.

Activated Charcoal Soap:  contains activated charcoal, cedarwood, and frankincense oils.  Can also be called Lump of Coal Soap for a stocking stuffer, or come round and called Hockey Puck Soap.

Green Tea and Cucumber:  with green tea and cucumber, also rosemary, peppermint, and eucalyptus oils

Green Godess Soap:  a naturally green soap made with spinach, avocado, aloe vera, green clay, marjoram essential oil

Kelp Sea Salt Soap:  made with kelp tea and a lot of sea salt, scented with peppermint essential oil.  Makes 6 large flowers, rather than 8 bars.

Licorice Candy Soap:  A round pink (clay) soap with a black (activated charcoal) centre and scented with anise seed oil

Pine Tar Soap: made with 20% pine tar.  It is scented with frankincense essential oil, but the pine tar is the dominant scent.  Rather than a lather, it has more of a creamy feel.

Pumice Soap:  Also called Mechanic's or Gardener's Soap, made with pumice to thoroughly clean hands, and scrub rough skin.  Also contains goat milk, and scented with peppermint essential oil.

Clay Soap:  Citrus Orange contains kaolin clay, bergamot, patchouli, sweet orange, and litsea cubeba oils, as well as annatto seed extract.  Lemon with kaolin clay and yellow clay, lemon, lemongrass, and litsea cubeba oils.  Peppermint made with Moroccan red clay and peppermint oil.  Frankincense and Myrrh with red, green, and white clays and frankincense and myrrh oils

Apple Soap:  with local apples, colloidal oatmeal powder, cinnamon and clove oil

Pumpkin Pie Soap:  An orange soap with a white topping.  Made with local pumpkin and maple syrup, and cardamom, cinnamon leaf, clove, ginger root, and nutmeg oils.  Also annatto seed extract

Christmas Soaps:  Candy Cane Soap - see Peppermint clay with the red and white in a stripy, candy cane look.  Frankincense and Myrrh - see clay soap.  Gingerbread Soap - a brown soap with a white topping and red and green jojoba beads sprinkled on top.  It includes molasses, and ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove oils.  Lump of Coal - see activated charcoal soap.  Citrus Orange Soap - see clay soap.
